About Sue & Daisy Wellness Sue Karpinski, owner of Daisy Wellness, is a Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach and Educator. Sue is a lover of life and pursues her life-long passion for health, fitness, natural living, and helping others feel better through Daisy Wellness. Rooted in Passion Growing up she watched those around her go through life while they struggled with aches and pains and disease while others lived a long healthy happy life. She was always intrigued by the human body and its resilience to adversity and wondered why some people would be taken by disease. It became clear to Sue early on that how you live your life while young can determine how your life will be lived when you are older. When it comes to health, it’s never too late to take action. There are things a person can do right now to live well, even with disease. It is possible to get back to a level of health and fitness and enjoy a life full of vitality and happiness. The True Meaning Daisy Wellness was created with a deeper purpose to help others. Sue believes that everyone has the opportunity to achieve optimal wellbeing in life. It took me a long time to make the decision as I was afraid of what I did for working out and how I ate would look bad to someone who was very fit. After swallowing my pride, I made the contact and I am VERY happy I did. Sue’s coaching has helped me on so many levels! Sue stresses the importance that trying too hard and stressing yourself out can hinder your goals. Sue has excellent knowledge of natural supplements. I had a conversation with her about my joint pain. She suggested a workout routine, food changes, and an Omega supplement. She went out of her way after explaining the ratio I should look for, by providing me with links to suggestions. All I had to do was go to the natural store and purchase instead of trying to research what I “thought” might work for me. I was so appreciative of the extra step she took to make it easier on me. Sue provides so many great suggestions on how to change up workouts and realizing things in life that can be considered a physical activity that are fun and don’t seem like a “workout” but have the same benefits. She taught me the importance of balance in life and eating. It’s ok to have some treats as long as you do it the right way. Just because things aren’t going your way, don’t give up (which I felt this many times). She once told me “if I want it to be, it’s up to me” – I’ve heard that in my head many times. Her encouragement and praise on the little strides were greatly appreciated. She really makes you feel that ALL steps and progress are worth being proud of. There are so many things I have learned from Sue’s knowledge and personal life experiences on what works, that I could go on and on. She has helped me to stop hating myself. I don’t have to have the perfect body or may not be at my goal weight yet but I feel better about the process. I don’t cry in pain from stressing my body and I feel good knowing that even though I still have work to do, I can do it on my own, but personally, I will continue my coaching with her as she has so much to offer. Her passion for health and the compassion she has for helping you help yourself is simply amazing.” ~ Samantha
